CLASS FORMATS

Water Aerobics - 45 minute class (utilizing water aided workout tools to be provided by instructor)

Aqua Cycling - 45 minute class (utilizing HYDRORIDER Aquabikes with alternating aquatic workout stations)

Power & Agility - 45 minute class for those who need to gain a sense of mobility, overcome an injury and to strengthen the body

CLASS REQUIREMENTS
Participants should arrive 10-15 minutes prior to class to allow for bike setup, body positioning and bike functionality.
Patrons must have pool shoes to participate. No need to have swimming experience. Appropriate swimwear required. For ages 14 & older.
